Mushroom recepi: Bread fried mushroom

Bread fried mushrooms

Materials:

3 tbsp oil (for fried)
4 bean chili (pounded thin)
600g oyster mushrooms
300g bean sprouts (cleaned)
1 book bread (skin removed and cut the budget 3 cm square)
2 pieces of tofu (cut dice and fried)
2 chicken eggs (beaten to Expand)
1 stalk celery (sliced)
1 stalk spring onion (sliced)

Ways:

Heat oil in pan, stir the chili. Then enter the mushrooms and bean sprouts. After the vegetables wilt enter bread, tofu and eggs. Wait until it dry slightly. Then enter the celery leaves and spring onion, stir until dry. Serve hot.
